who invented the internet?

There are so many bugs in the internet, haha. But I really want to know who the heck invented internet? he/she must be the big minded person.

Everybody says:

On January 1, 1983 ARPANET adopted TCP/IP, and from there computer researchers began to assemble the biggest and high quality network called something like “network of networks” that became the modern Internet which we can see and use today. The online world (internet of things) then took on a more recognizable form in the 1990, when computer scientist Tim Berners Lee invented the WWW (World Wide Web).

And after that we got websites and hosting companies, domain registrars and so many other things.
